Great that you’re looking been looking after yourself by looking after your body – even Mercedes can have the odd glitch or breakdown now and then!
If you want to ensure that you can keep moving well into your mature years, staying fit and active certainly increases your chances of staying this way!
Here’s some simple guidelines to help you keep on keeping on:
- aim to walk at least 10,000 steps each day – if you’re having any problems with this due to joint, muscle or nerve pain, please contact us here.
Drink at least 6 – 8 glasses of water each day (coffee and tea doesn’t count – makes you go to the toilet more frequently so you lose all that water!)
Keep up those connections with people who make you feel happy – knowing you have poeple who are looking out for your best interests tends to keep people living longer
